Bringing Our Electricity Grid Into the 21st Century

Peter Asmus, is President of Pathfinder Communications and a Senior Associate with AHC Group, a consulting firm offering strategic advice on environmental and energy strategies to many leading corporations.  Asmus, a Wisconsin native, has spent more than a decade in California covering energy and environmental issues for variety of publications including the LA Times and Christian Science Monitor.  He is also author of Reaping The Wind(recently published by Island Press) and
co-author of Reinventing Electric Utilities and In Search of Environmental Excellence.  The week following the WEI Energy Forum, Asmus will be giving a policy briefing at the National Press Club in Washington D.C. titled  “Confluence of Environment & Energy: What’s best for the Nation”.
